Paid Leave Rolled Out in Illinois and Chicago
Mandatory paid time off is official in Illinois, and the Department of Labor has issued guidance on implementation. Learn the nuances of the guidance and make sure that your bank is in compliance.

Key Case Law Developments

DOL Final Rule on Independent Contractors
The DOL issued its final rule on the classification of independent contractors. We will discuss how the new rules narrow the scope of who can be an independent contractor.

New Law Potpourri
In addition to paid time off, Illinois has rolled out a series of new laws that impact employers of all sizes. We will review the new laws to ensure the bank’s policies are up to date.
